Q. I am at work trying to log into the ERIC system to get a journal article.

You can access SU databases, such as ERIC and Education Research Complete,  off-campus with two different sets of information at the off-campus login page. (You should see this page when you choose a database from the library webpage.)

1.  As you already know you can use your Ship email address and your email password to login.

2.  The second way is to use your Ship ID #, from the front of your SU ID card.  This will work equally well.

A side note - You can find out your email address by going to the Student Information System.  Also you must be using the version of ERIC which you have chosen from the Library Home Page for any of this to matter.  (See Links Below.)
