Unfortunately there are occasions when a package may be damaged during shipment.  If shipped via UPS we will file the claim on your behalf. If packaged by us and shipped via UPS , the  item is covered by the “pack and ship guarantee”  meaning that you will be entitled to compensation up to the insured value of the items in your package.  Damaged items shipped through the Postal Service would require a claim to be filed with the USPS.
