Q. Can I bring something already packaged to The UPS Store and ship it?

Yes.  Customers can ship items that they have packaged on their own.  However, if that package gets damaged during shipment, the claim for damages may be declined depending upon how the items were packaged.  Only items packed by our professionally trained staff are guaranteed insurable.
