When you are off campus, most databases will require either:
- Your library ID number (65nnnnnnnnn) and your Last name, or
- Your Ship email account login (and select Ship from the drop-down list)
Some troubleshoting steps:
- Do not use the AOL browser to access databases (AOL won't work)
- Use Internet Explorer or Firefox (Safari and Opera usally work, too)
- When using the Databases List A-Z to access the database, if the link doesn't work, please email librarian@ship.edu
Tell us:
- Which database you are trying to use
It may be a problem with the database vendor
