Many ebooks, depending on how you are reading them (e.g. laptop, Kindle, Nook, smartphone app) do not display the page numbers.  Kindle, for example, displays the % of the book you have read, and gives you a 'location' number.  If the ebook does not display a page number, instead give the number of the paragraph in the chapter to which you are referring. In the Reference List, include the web address from the place you downloaded the ebook.
