Q. I am a resident of Shippensburg but not currently a Univ.student. Can I use the library?

I would need to access microfilm to research old Harrisburg newspapers from the 1800s.

Adults not affiliated with the university can use the library. You can get a Community Patron Card and have access from the library to all library resources.
