Q. My ILLiad account is showing that I picked up the second book I ordered but I never picked it up from the library. What do I do about this?

I also missed the renewal period for the first book I ordered but I need to renew it, How do I do that?

When a book arrives on ILL for you, it is automatically checked out in your name and held at Circ for you to pick up.

Regarding the renewal, if it is more than 5 days past the renewal date for an item, you may have to return it and order it again.

BUT, please call the Interlibrary Loan office, 477-1462 to clear up any issues. Call by 3 if possible.
