Here is the community patron policy:

As a service to area residents who are not otherwise affiliated with the University, Lehman Library offers borrowing privileges through a Local Community Card. Applicants must be 18 years of age and present identification in the form of a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.

Local Community Card Policies

  • $10.00 annual fee
  • All Community Patron Cards expire one year from the date of issue
  • Local Community Cardholders are responsible for all materials borrowed on their card and is subject to established overdue fines and replacement costs.
  • An individual not returning materials after proper notification has been given will be prosecuted under P.L.106 of 1970

With a Community Patron card, you have guest access to library workstations - but the wifi is secured and requires a university username.
