Thanks for asking, your options for linking students to online content are:

  1. You can link directly from teh course management system (D2L) to online content in library databases by using the "permalink" feature in many library databases
  2. You can manage all your links to library database content by using the library onlince course reserves system "Ares"
  3. You can upload the article or chapter available via the course management system (D2L) - however, if this material is available via a library database, best practice is to link to the content in the database (see #1 above)
  4. You can always provide links to material that already exists on the Web, such as books available via www.gutenberg.org or link to any other website desired
