Make sure you’re typing in your Ship username and password correctly. It can be easy to accidentally press the wrong key on the keyboard or hit the caps lock button. If you recently changed your password, make sure you’re using the new password. If you try to log on to a computer too many times with the wrong password you will be locked out of your account temporarily. Wait several minutes before trying to log in again.
