According to the Purdue Online Writing Lab(1) when you do not have an author statement, list the full title statement of the item, then the date, then the rest of the citation. Like this:

Merriam-Webster's collegiate dictionary (10th ed.).(1993). Springfield, MA: Merriam-Webster.
