Q. How and when do I apply for graduation?

You must apply for graduation prior to the beginning of your final semester at Shippensburg University. Undergraduates who have 90 or more credits earned and graduate students who have 15 or more credit earned are eligible to apply.  To apply, log into myShip.  Under “Graduation Tools”, select Apply to Graduate.  An application fee of $35.00 per bachelor’s degree and $60.00 per Master’s degree is required online at the time you apply for graduation.  Payment may be made by Electronic Check (ECheck) or credit card.  A 2.5% convenience fee is charged by Official Payments for payments made via credit card.  After payment is made, you will need to print the Graduation Application Signature Page.  Please sign, date, and return this form to the Registrar’s Office, Old Main Room 110.  You may also fax this form to (717) 477-1388.Visit www.ship.edu/Registrar/Graduation_Process/ for additional information.
