Q. The Book Scanner says my login is not authorized. How can I get in to scan my paper?

When logging on to the BookScan stations, only use your Ship username - not your full Ship email address. If that does not work after a few tries at your password, reboot the touchscreen machine and/or try the other BookScan station.

The important thing is to use only your username, not your full email address.
